Yes, depending on the booking. Because the space contains valuable artwork and fragile decor, MISTINT does not accept electronic-music party bookings.

Pricing depends on attendance, intended use, schedule and production or event requirements. Published attendance tiers are commercial rate tiers, not a certified occupant load.

On-site catering, resident DJs, resident photographers, resident videographers, marketing services, audio/video equipment and additional event or production support can be arranged depending on the booking.

MISTINT will reply to confirm availability and work through the actual scope, timing, pricing and requirements with you. Once the terms are agreed, MISTINT issues a booking package and booking code. You then use the private booking portal to review the agreement, complete acceptance and follow the deposit and confirmation steps.

Depending on the booking, a damage deposit and/or additional event insurance may apply. Security, staffing, liquor licensing or other requirements may also apply where appropriate.

Final attendance and use are limited by the lawful occupant load and any City, fire, liquor or other approvals that apply to the proposed booking.
